French Tarragon - Artemisia dracunculus.


A perinial herb known as one of the 4 fines herbes in French cooking.  An aromatic herb, slightly reminiscent of anise.  It is particularly suitable for chicken, fish, and egg dishes. Tarragon is the main flavoring component of Béarnaise sauce.


Sold in a resealabale, recyclable, light-blocking bag.  1/2 ounce - about 1/2 cup
