Chili Powder, Sinsational blend

A fantabulous blend of paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, mexican oregano, and serrano chile powder.
 
This is a medium-mild chili blend that works great on any southwestern dish to add spice and flavor.
 
Try adding to some cooked beans as you smash and refry them, add an egg on top for huevos rancheros.  
 
Put a tablespoon to a pound of meat for tacos, burritos, flautas, enchiladas, or fajitas.
 
To add more heat, add more chile.  A dash of cayenne, a bit of habanero, or a pinch more serrano powder will kick this blend into high gear before you know it.
