Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is a unique style of drying tea.  Rather than crush and leave the tea leaves to fully oxidize and ferment before drying, the leaves are lighytly bruised and then dryed without allowing them to fully oxidize or ferment.  This gives a lighter, and more delicate tea infusion.  A bit darker than green, but not quite black.
 
Sold in a resealable, recyclable, light-blocking bag.  About 1/2 cup  1oz.
