Manzanillo Mexican Seasoning is earthy with a complex chile base that is savory and spicy, you'll also pick up a slight garlicky undertone with hints of onion. Our Manzaniilo Seasoning is a delightful salt free seasoning that is best suited for those that crave a light spicy flavor.  

Hand blended from cumin, paprika, onion, garlic, oregano, with black pepper, coriander, ancho and guajillo chile powder.
 
Add heat with a little cayenne pepper, cut heat with a bit of brown sugar.
