Gulf Coast Bay Seasoning
A fantastic blend for seafood, especially crabs, shrimp, and crustaceans. Blended from celery seed, sea salt, cayenne pepper, yellow mustard powder, thyme, paprika, black pepper, ginger, and bay leaves.
Add 2 tablespoons to a pot of water for a seafood boil, or use directly on fish at 1 tablespoon per pound.
Also great on chicken, corn, eggs, french fries, popcorn, steak, and in stir-fry meals.
