Chili Powder - MILD
This mild version of our chili powder uses Ancho Chile to control the capsaicin content while addng a wonderful chocolate-raisin undertone.
Try this on pork, poultry, beef, or vegetables. A great addition.
To add more heat, sprinkle on some cayenne powder, to reduce heat - sprinkle some brown sugar.
