Chipotle Honey Rub - a tried and true favorite for everyone. Spread it on, let it sit for 15 minutes; a natural glaze covers the product as the granulated honey reconstitutes. Paprika, Italian Seasonings, and a breath of smoky chipotle makes this a crowd favorite.
Memphis BBQ Rub - Our Memphis Style BBQ Rub is hand blended from paprika, onion, garlic, basil, yellow mustard, cayenne pepper and black pepper. We do not add any preservatives or anti-caking agents to our blends so that you get maximum all natural flavor.
For best results, use at least 1 Tablespoon per pound, and let the rub sit on the meat for up to 24 hours. Cook low and slow, until the internal temperature is 185 for fall-off-the-bone flavor.
Kansas City BBQ Rub - Our Kansas City BBQ Rub is hand blended from Hungarian paprika, coriander, garlic powder, cumin, sage, sea salt, brown sugar, yellow mustard, thyme, Mediterranean oregano, celery seeds, Tellicherry pepper and cloves. We recommend that you use 1 tablespoon of rub per pound of meat (you can certainly add more if you prefer). Add to the meat and rub it in thoroughly with your hands
North Carolina BBQ Rub - Hand blended from brown sugar, chili powder mild, Hungarian paprika, black pepper, coarse sea salt, cumin, cloves and cayenne. Use 1 Tablespoon per pound to start.
You can also make a great sauce by combining 1 cup of tomato sauce, ½ cup of water, ½ cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of BBQ Rub. Mix thoroughly and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
